Every VERVELUS order ships duties-included by white-glove courier. If a dress is not right, return it within thirty days — collected from your door, refunded in your payment currency.

Reply to your order confirmation within thirty days of delivery and a courier collects the parcel from your door — repacked in its original wrapping, nothing to print, nothing to pay.
Editions are sewn in fixed quantities and each dress carries its file number. Size exchanges are cut before your return reaches us; numbered editions exchange within the same file only.
Reply to your confirmation email with the file number and the size you need, or write to the workroom. A courier appointment follows within one business day (Shanghai time, UTC+8). Duties and delivery were prepaid at checkout — nothing is collected at the door in either direction.
Refunds are issued within three business days of the return arriving in Shanghai, in your payment currency, to the original method.
All orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): duties, tariffs and VAT are prepaid by the house. If any authority ever bills you for the parcel, send the invoice to the workroom and it is refunded in full.
