WHAT DDP MEANS
We calculate and prepay every import duty, tariff and VAT when your order leaves Shanghai. Customs paperwork is ours, not yours.

No courier brokerage, no customs holds, no cash on delivery. If any authority ever bills you, send it to us and we refund it.
HOW IT ARRIVES
Wrapped in mulberry paper with its care card — hand-delivered with a single tracking link that stays valid to your doorstep.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Reply to your order confirmation within thirty days of delivery; a courier collects the parcel from your door — repacked in its mulberry paper, nothing to print, nothing to pay.
Refunds are issued in the currency you paid, to the original method, within three business days of arrival in Shanghai.
Size exchanges are cut before your return reaches us — tell us within the thirty days and the new size enters the book immediately.
Every piece is cut to the same house block, XS–XXL, and the size-guide numbers are the garment's own — measured flat, in centimetres. Between sizes, size down.
